There are some big changes on the horizon for our family. Some good, some not that great. I am fighting off the anxiety of it all by reminding myself it is good for our souls to stir up the dust a little bit. Change brings growth. And growing little boys is exactly what I plan to do. I see more and more each day that it would be impossible to do this without the support of my husband and parents. There really would be no hope at making it through this crazy life without a “rock” to hold you in place. I read this great quote the other day:
Now, I know this doesn’t mean anyone can just stop worrying because that is what it says to do… but it is thought-provoking. It does remind us to stay focused on the present. (Something I know I could and should be reminded of a lot more often.) What are some ways that enable you to stay in the present instead of worrying about the past or future?
